• Racial Equity Progress Metrics


     

    For each pillar metric, we have determined a target using a combination of historical data, Growth Progress Measures (GPMs), and Constraint Progress Measures (CPM’s). These targets represent our goal to eliminate opportunity gaps for historically marginalized students in Dallas ISD. Our priority student groups, defined by the Racial Equity policy, are: African American and Emergent Bilingual students.

    We are able to measure, monitor and assess progress for each Pillar Metric from the baseline year (SY 2018-19) and subsequent years. You can find more information about these targets below.​
