    Fast LEVEL 1: INITIATING PROGRESS LEVEL 2: APPROACHING EXPECTATIONS LEVEL 3: MEETING EXPECTATIONS LEVEL 4: EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS
    • Email and phone responses may be limited, inconsistent or untimely
    • Responses, when provided, may be inaccurate or incomplete
    • Attends to tasks in a timely fashion but may not prioritize or differentiate responses equitably between students, families, employees, and equity groups
    • May miss opportunities to anticipate problems and is reactive only to circumstances that arise, possibly resulting in inequitable outcomes
    • Email and phone responses are provided but may be delayed or incomplete
    • Responses are often aligned to policy and guidelines but may be incomplete, vague, or lacking context and differentiation
    • Maintains a prioritized list of tasks but may not consistently differentiate urgent from important in providing response between students, families, employees, and equity groups
    • Sometimes addresses problems and unforeseen circumstances, when identified by the requestor
    • Accurate email and phone responses are delivered within 24 hours during normal business
    • Accesses data, policy, and all other relevant information sources to provide accurate and timely responses, regardless of requestor
    • Aligns time in relationship to task importance and consistently responds in a timely manner to requests between students, families, employees, and equity groups
    • Consistently adjusts response for problems and unforeseen circumstances to ensure equitable outcomes
    • Without exception, emails and phone responses are timely, and request or incorporate feedback to improve culture.
    • Proactively and effectively leverages all available data, policy, and information sources to provide accurate, equitable responses to all requestors
    • Models effective time management by anticipating needs and differentiating task importance in providing timely and accurate responses to requests between students, families, employees, and equity groups
    • Consistently and effectively solves problems before they arise and adjusts for unforeseen circumstances to ensure equitable outcomes
