The Career Pathways concept is the one strategy providing for learning communities, allowing for stronger relationships between adults and students. They ensure that all students have a strong academic foundation in English, Mathematics Social Studies and Science linked to state standards and courses link to careers, making them relevant to student interests.

Career Pathways allow students to transition to post-secondary in fields of their choosing by being able to earn college credit while in high school. They connect to the real world through hands on experiences. Career Pathways help students see a purpose in what they learn as they gain needed skills for their future and our country’s economic prosperity.
