• N. W. Harllee Early Childhood Center is a Â鶹Çøan Open Enrollment Campus "Where Greatness Starts Early." We love creating an atmosphere where students are guided toward developing and engaging their social-emotional and academic skills. Students may apply to attend N. W. Harllee regardless of attendance boundaries with the Dallas ISD. Acceptance is contingent on available space.
