WBL, Work-Based Learning is a major component of NAF.  We understand it is essential for all students to be prepared for college and career.  It is an instructional strategy that connects what students are learning in the classroom with the world of work. NAF students complete an intentional sequence of activities from  9th through 12th grade from awareness, to exploration, and culminate in career preparation.  This process designed by NAF is designed to expose students to a wide variety of careers and industry partners.
