Welcome Back Knights!

It is hard to believe that we are approaching the end of summer and getting ready for the opening of the 2024-2025 academic year on August 12th. We once again want to express our thanks and commitment to Obadiah Knight Elementary parents and the Love Field Community as we educate our scholars in an environment of high expectations and joy!

As new Knights shine right along our veteran Knights, we continue to build a very special school for our scholars with each staff member bringing a special “light” that will live on in the hearts of everyone they meet. Our leadership theme this year is “Living the Habit Way Everyday”- which is based on The Leader in Me, our leadership study. We have no doubt see our scholars’ leadership skills shine this school year as we lead the way in academic achievement.

I would personally like to welcome everyone to a new school year at Obadiah Knight Elementary! We welcome very talented new teachers and, and we can’t wait for you to meet them! There are so many reasons to be excited about the new year including a vibrant student body, a fantastic faculty, and numerous campus improvements that have already begin thanks to our 2020 Bond!

You inspire me so much! My heart is for Obadiah Knight, its wonderful students, faculty and staff, and supportive community! I am blessed to serve alongside you as we help our scholars succeed. Best wishes to everyone for a happy and successful school year. We know that we will continue to press on to be the very best versions of ourselves as we work together to lead the way in instructional excellence, student leadership, and a joyful environment for all.
