Ms. Ford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotions from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Webster University. As the AVID Coordinator at New Tech High School, Ms. Ford is passionate about empowering students with the skills they need for college and career success. With a strong commitment to experiential learning, Ms. Ford loves organizing field trips and service-learning activities that allow scholars to connect with their communities and the world around them.

Ms. Ford's mission for AVID is to provide all students with the tools and opportunities necessary to thrive after high school. Through college tours, career trips, and engaging guest speakers, Ms. Ford ensures that every student is prepared for life beyond the classroom, equipped with the knowledge and confidence to achieve their goals.
