• The Student Data Services department collaborates with ATS, State Reporting and Student Record Services departments to provide training and support to Campus Data Staff districtwide.  

    COLLABORATING DEPARTMENTS

     

    Application Training and Support (ATS)

    The Application Training and Support (ATS) team supports the district's technology initiatives by providing instructor-led and self-paced web-based training for multiple applications, including PowerSchool, Oracle, SchoolMint, and ServiceNow.

    State Reporting (PEIMS)

    Members of the State Reporting staff are responsible for the extraction, analysis and reporting of student, staff, budget and previous year financial data in a timely and a accurate manner in accordance with annual guidelines provided by the Texas Education Agency. The department also provided guidance and support to school and central office administrators in daily quality assurance activities related to the reported data. State Reporting staff also receives and responds to TEA Limited Scope Audits and Performance Based Monitoring Interventions.
