  • Principal Impact Collaborative: Principal Fellowship (PIC)

This is an innovative, two-year fellowship program designed to connect experienced North Texas principals with multi-district peers, re-ignite their passion for the profession, and provide them with the tools and resources to inspire and lead their teams toward a campus vision.

    CAHN Fellows Program

The Cahn Fellows Program seeks to improve large urban public school systems nationally by providing distinguished school leaders with advanced professional development and recognition. The program is designed to increase leadership skills, retention in education and student outcomes.

The Holdsworth Center: Campus Leadership Program (CLP)

Throughout the 2-year program, campus teams – made up of principals, assistant principals/deans, and teacher leaders – build stronger leadership muscles while working toward excellent and equitable outcomes for students. We enroll teams because developing outstanding leaders at all levels is important for sustainability. It creates additional capacity and gives principals real-life opportunities to practice leadership skills and grow and empower others.

Our curriculum centers around strengthening leaders’ capacity in three areas—Developing Personal Leadership, Growing & Empowering Others, and Creating Change. To that end, leaders’ efforts to Create Change focus upon a specific Problem of Practice. Teams learn to identify root causes, involve critical stakeholders and test improvement strategies at small scale before spreading them more widely. After learning the process, teams are able to apply it to other problems they face, creating a culture of continuous improvement on campuses.
