  • District-Wide Programming

    We co-create and facilitate district-wide programming for principals and assistant principals.

    • Through our monthly Forward with Focus series, we partner with Teaching and Learning to lead experiences that build a shared understanding of effective instruction and leadership. This cascades from direct principal learning to collaborative, consultancy-based spaces for assistant principals.
    • Separately, we co-create and facilitate monthly Departmental Updates to maximize leader alignment around key district initiatives, tasks, and operational items.

    Complementary to this work, we aim to provide differentiated support according to campus needs. This includes specialized and targeted learning around data tools and practices, distributed leadership, and observation and feedback.

    New Assistant Principal Academy (NAPA)

    The New Assistant Principal Academy (NAPA) is a two-year program that provides development in key adaptive skills necessary to lead as a new assistant principal successfully. NAPA curriculum is centered around transformational leadership, including personal leadership, prioritization for productivity, and building relationships for impact.
