    Principal Residency Program

The Principal Residency Program (PRP) is designed for current, high-performing assistant principals ready to step into the principalship immediately. Residents are paired with a high-performing mentor principal. Residents are provided with the opportunity to work alongside their mentor, getting hands-on experience while observing an experienced person in the role. Residents receive in-the-moment feedback and coaching tailored to the specific needs of each resident while attending monthly professional development sessions, interview clinics, and simulated interviews with 鶹EDs, preparing residents for both the principal selection process and the principalship.
