  • High Quality Instruction

鶹will ensure there is high-quality teaching and learning across the district that responds to the unique circumstances caused by the pandemic.

A proactive response to the reality of the past year will see a focus on mental health support and social and emotional learning in all schools.

The district’s teaching and learning will focus on accelerating learning to help ensure student’s don’t fall behind because of the pandemic.

“Our strategy isn’t, ‘we’ve lost time and need to remediate.’ We are going to continue giving our students robust, rigorous on-grade level experiences,” Deputy Chief Academic Officer Tiffany Huitt said. “But we do want to make sure we have the supports in place so our students can access that learning and continue to excel.”
