Maintenance Services is committed to maintaining its physical assets at a level adequate to protect the capital investment and to minimize future maintenance and replacement costs.

Our goal is to provide safe and well-maintained facilities effectively and efficiently that positively contributes to the learning environment. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service. We do this with integrity, pride, and dedication.

 Cesar R. Villarreal is a native of Dallas ISD, from PK to high school. Cesar started as a temp painter with the district and moved on to various leadership roles. Cesar has served DISD for 33 years, all of them being with the maintenance department.

 Cesar enjoys solving the customers' problems and making a difference in DISD.
