The 鶹School Improvement Department houses two entities, the Federal and State Accountability and the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), that support schools.

The Federal and State Accountability Department supports the state’s goal to improve low-performing schools by reviewing, evaluating, monitoring, and intervening with campuses to ensure excellence in education for all students. The department is responsible for monitoring campuses and interventions for federal accountability, state accountability, and dropout prevention.

The Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Department supports all campuses by utilizing a proactive and preventative framework that helps educators provide academic and behavioral strategies for students with various needs. Educators will engage in data-based decision-making related to program improvement, high-quality instruction and intervention, social and emotional learning, and positive behavioral supports necessary to ensure positive outcomes for all 鶹schools, teachers, and students.
